30-Night Sleep Trial Policy
At Elolfi, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and comfort in our products. That’s why we offer a 30-night sleep trial for all our bedding items. We want you to experience the Elolfi difference in the comfort of your own home!
How It Works:
1. Try It Out on Your Bed: Once you receive your Elolfi bedding, you have 30 nights to experience its exceptional comfort and quality right on your bed.
2. Customer-Focused Satisfaction: If you do not love the bedding within the 30-night period, you can initiate a return for a full refund, minus the postage cost.
3. Condition for Return: To qualify for a refund, the items should be in good condition and free from significant signs of wear.
4. Requesting a Refund: To start the refund process, simply contact our us at charlotte@elolfi.com. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return. We appreciate your feedback to help us improve our products.
5. Return Instructions: We’ll guide you through the return process. Returned items will be donated to charity, helping those in need.
6. Processing Time: Once your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at charlotte@elolfi.com.
Please Note: The 30-night sleep trial applies only to the first purchase of each product. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for the trial.

Damages And Issues
In the event of there being a fault to your product please follow the below process.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
With each sheet set we have provided the measurements and material. As mentioned we expect the buyer to measure their mattress before purchasing any of our sheet products to ensure the sheets are of suitable fit.
Exchanges
Please contact us at charlotte@elolfi.com to begin your exchange process.
If you would like to return your item to exchange for another size/colour, please note the exchanged item will only be sent once the return has been lodged with Australia Post and we have received the returned item.
To ensure you do not miss out on the colour/size that you would like, once your return is accepted, we recommend making a new purchase for this item. We can then process a refund for the original order/item once the return has been received.
